Nothing replaces seeing a rug in real light and feeling the pile under your hand. In the showroom you can compare grades side by side, watch how a silk-sheen design shifts as you move, and get a feel for scale. If you can visit, do. The tea is always on, and there's no pressure to buy.
How to buy well from home
- Send us your room. A photo of the space and the light it gets tells us more than any description.
- Give us your measurements. We'll tell you which sizes suit and mark out the fit for you.
- Ask for detail shots. We're happy to send close-ups and video so you can see the real colour and weave.
- Tell us your budget. We'll shortlist honestly within it, rather than showing you rugs you don't need.
